Our Booking Process
Our booking process is very simple, we use GASP as our booking system.
Please follow the steps below to book your lesson with us – existing customers who have an account with us already select LOGIN and new customers choose REGISTER NOW.
1. Register
To begin click on the Book A Lesson button which appears on every page. Click on the Sign Up Today button and enter a few details about yourself. The system will send you a username and password, this takes place in normal working hours. If you Register at 1am you may have to wait for the morning before the email is received.
2. Login
Click on the Login button and enter your Username and Password as received in your Welcome email.
Please note that your Username and Password are case sensitive and Cookies must be enabled on your system or you will receive an error message regarding a failed login. If you are unsure of how to enable Cookies, ask your IT department or search on Google for details relating to your specific browser. Please note that we are aware and working to solve a known login issue involving Safari, if you’re using Safari and continually having your login rejected please go to Settings in Safari and accept all cookies.
3. Book Your Lesson
Now you have successfully accessed our system you will need to click on the Coach button to choose your Professional or select Practice. When you have done this the availability calendar will be on your screen. Click the time slot and then select the type of lesson you wish to book.
Then press save – an automated email will be sent to you.
Please note that all bookings have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Terms and Conditions
All packages purchased are for one individual player. The package cannot be split between multiple players and cannot be transferred to another player once the lessons commence.
All packages/vouchers must be used within 12 months of the start date and standard cancellation terms of DB Golf Academy remain. Any cancellation which takes place with less than 48 hours notice will mean that the lesson will be deemed to have taken place and no refund or credit for this lesson will be given. No refunds will be given after payment is received for the lesson.
